First draft

Anybody interested a copy of the outdated first draft (April 30th) can download it from here. This file is in pdf-format.

Second draft

Anybody interested a copy of the outdated second draft (July 23rd) can download it from here. This file is in pdf-format. Please cf. also the Disposition of Comments. The second draft has passed its TC-enquiry in October 1998. A Disposition of Comments is, of course, available.

Third draft

The third draft now also incorporates input from GOST, the Russian Standards Body, on Cyrillic ordering and is thus in accordance with pan-Russian requirements.

Criticism and comments are very appreciated. They can be posted either directly to the editor or to the project team's mailinglist. To be added to that mailing list, please contact the project team manager, Håvard Hjulstad.

For viewing you will either need Acrobat Reader Version 3.0 or newer or Aladdin Ghostscript 5.10 or newer with Ghostview. Older versions may or may not work.

Both readers are available free of charge for all major platforms. Ghostscript, while slightly more complicated to set up, is also able to produce pdf-files.
